Me (Sara) again! In answer to your question, I've watched episodes from seasons 1, 2, 3, and 4, and know the basic plotline for all six.

SPOILER ALERT FOR THOSE WHO’VE ONLY SEEN SEASON 2 OR 3!

Okay good, didn’t wanna spoil anything for you. :) Soo, this is a tricky one, since it’s impossible to travel from a parallell world to another - but they’ve managed to do that before, right? And I do think they ended things smoothly (but heartwrenching), Rose is better off in her world (even though I miss her sooo much!!) with a man that can age in her speed, but still shares those wonderful memories. But if she was to get back to the doctor, I would imagine it would be in the deleted scene way (X), in which the doctor gives them a chance to grow their own tardis and travel around space with - and maybe get to the “right” universe and reunite with the doctor!
